12.2. There are no pulses when I press the release mechanism
Ensure that the application surface is evenly and rmly in contact with your skin and that the ‘Ready’ indicator
light is ashing; this indicator light guarantees that the appliance is in full contact with your skin. For your safety,
the release switch will be able to release a pulse only if the application surface is rmly pressed against your skin.
Check the control panel. If the skin colour indicator light ashes for 3 seconds, the appliance is indicating
that the the skin colour sensor sensor has assessed yours skin colour as too dark for the Homelight device
to be used safely. Try using the appliance on another area.
Check the replace ash lamp indicator light. If it is lit, unplug your appliance and change the ash lamp.
Ensure that the ‘Ready’ indicator light is lit.
If after 10 seconds, the ‘Ready’ indicator light is still not lit, turn your Homelight epilator off and turn it on
again by pressing the On/Standby switch twice.
If the problem persists, contact the BaByliss customer service in your area.
